- 1 cup Lite Coconut Milk (canned)
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 1/3 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Chia Seeds
- 2/3 cup Blueberries
- 2/3 cup Strawberries
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla
extract. Then whisk in the chia seeds. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. - Divide the chia pudding between bowls or containers and top with blueberries and
strawberries. Enjoy!
