Her philosophy in approaching health is that of Hippocrates (the father of modern medicine) when he said “Let food be thy medicine, and thy medicine be food.” Karen applies her knowledge at the bio-molecular level to understand the cause of the health problems we face and what dietary and lifestyle changes are needed to correct that cause and unlock our best health.
